Peter is a partner with ESOP Plus: Schatz Brown Glassman LLP. Peter structures and implements business succession transactions throughout the U.S. with an emphasis on ESOP transactions. He designs ESOP plans and advises ESOP companies with their continuing regulatory compliance. Peter is a member of the American Bar Association, the NCEO, and the ESOP Association. Peter frequently speaks on matters pertaining to ESOPs.

Mike is the ICS supervisor at Restek. He currently serves with its EOCT and served five years as internal trustee. Mike is TEA president for the PA/DE chapter. He won the 2012 and 2015 PA/DE ESOP Association Employee Owner of the Year awards and is the recipient of TEA's 2016 Outstanding Chapter Officer Award. Mike has an associate's degree in specialized business management and a marketing degree from South Hills School of Business & Technology.
