About This Meeting

Greg joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2014 as a vice president advising middle market companies on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), ESOP advisory, corporate valuation, financial options and other investment banking advisory services. As vice president, he is responsible for providing project management services, corporate valuations and related transaction analyses in support of capital structuring engagements, including ESOP implementation, leveraged recapitalizations, management buyouts (MBO), mergers and acquisitions, fairness opinions and other related corporate finance purposes. Prior to joining Prairie, Gregory was employed as a strategic consultant at Humana Inc. He was also a vice president at Duff & Phelps in the transaction opinions group.

Macie performs financial analysis and modeling services, as well as analyzes the business dynamics and trends of publicly traded companies. In addition, she performs merger and acquisition (M&A) research and prepares narrative reports in support of a wide variety of valuation projects, including employee stock ownership plans (ESOP), leveraged buyouts (LBO), management buyouts (MBO) and other capital structuring projects for clients nationwide. Prior to joining Prairie, Macie was an analyst at Fleetridge Pacific, a San Diego based investment bank focusing on mergers and acquisitions primarily in the healthcare industry.
