Prior to joining Prairie Capital Advisors, Kamil was an analyst at Renaissance Capital Group, Inc., a Chicago-based boutique investment and merchant banking firm, where he worked directly with executive management on the execution of transactions related to mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and financial restructurings.
