Ramona works for the NCEO in Oakland, CA. As outreach and membership coordinator, Ramona focuses on spreading the word about the benefits of employee ownership to companies, community groups, business leaders, and the public. She also works to ensure that the NCEO's membership is supported and growing. She brings to her job diverse professional experiences from managing education and outreach programs at a small theater company, to line cooking at a large film studio, to running all technical aspects of live performances.

Mark is the associate director for ESOP finance at Bankers Trust Company. Mark works with business owners and companies to help find ownership transition solutions. Mark and the ESOP finance team provide leveraged financing for a stock sale to an ESOP, M&A financing, seller note refinancing and working capital solutions for middle-market companies. Bankers Trust is a member of the National Center for Employee Ownership, ESOP Association, Rocky Mountain Employee Ownership Center and the Ohio Employee Ownership Center. Mark joined Bankers Trust in early 2017 after 12 years of varying roles in international trade, banking, leveraged lending, structured finance and analytics.

Polly is a benefits manager at Burns & McDonnell. She has more than 20 years of experience as a human resources professional and has spent most of her career working with retirement benefits plans. Polly is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Burns & McDonnell's ESOP, multiple 401(k) plans and international retirement plans for nearly 6,000 employees. She is active with the Heart of America Chapter of The ESOP Association and currently serves as the Chapter's executive vice president.
