Her areas of focus include coaching; executive assessment and succession planning; executive team development; and leadership development. Prior to joining Praxis, Kathleen led the global learning and organization development function for Deloitte and was a trusted advisor to the partners of Deloitte relative to succession planning. Kathleen holds a BA in communications from the University of Denver; she is certified in an array of assessment instruments.
