About the Webinar

How do you engage your employee-owners? Once engaged, how do you follow through? In this session, we will provide examples of engaging employee-owners and how to maintain momentum. We will present a case scenario of the Ownership Rewards Program at DCS Corporation. The concept is simple, and the more active employee-owners are in participating /supporting ESOP Communication Committee (ECC) events, the more ownership rewards they will receive, encouraging participation that fosters ownership and employee engagement.

You will learn:

  • Identify and describe employee engagement
  • Discuss and demonstrate types of recognition
  • Determine and design an ownership program
