Avoid Hotel Fraud
Almost three-quarters of conference organizers report that hotel scammers have approached their attendees. These "pirates" will claim to make a reservation on your behalf and take your credit card information, but you may find yourself without a room and out of pocket. The NCEO has not authorized anyone to contact sponsors and attendees about lodging, so if someone contacts you by phone or email or refers you a website to make "reservations," please forward the information to us. To make your hotel reservations at either the Marriott Marquis, the Hyatt Regency or the Hilton, use only the links or phone numbers supplied above or in our conference brochure.
