The NCEO has secured discounted room blocks at easily accessible hotels in downtown Pittsburgh. Each hotel has its own reservation process and room rate. Please look through the list below for all the details. Please note: Registrants are responsible for their own hotel room reservations. We strongly urge you to make reservations early; discounted rooms are limited. Keep in mind that historically, this conference has sold out sleeping rooms as far out as 6 weeks prior to the conference dates. Avoid Hotel Fraud
Almost three-quarters of conference organizers report that hotel scammers have approached their attendees. These "pirates" will claim to make a reservation on your behalf and take your credit card information, but you may find yourself without a room and out of pocket. The NCEO has not authorized anyone to contact sponsors and attendees about lodging. If someone contacts you or refers you a website to make "reservations," please forward the information to us. Use the links or phone numbers supplied above or in our conference brochure to make your hotel reservations.
Getting to Pittsburgh
Pittsburgh is conveniently located within 500 miles of the majority of the US population. (PIT) is a major hub with direct flights from most major U.S. cities. Pittsburgh is also within a 90-minute flight for more than half of North America. Numerous domestic and international airlines serve Pittsburgh, including Southwest Airlines.
It's easy and convenient to travel from the airport to your hotel. Ride Sharing companies like Uber and Lyft can take you directly to your hotel for an approximate charge about $40-$50 (based on demand). Hotel parking varies by hotel. Please contact your hotel of choice for their rates.

Greening Our Meeting
The NCEO is committed to keeping our conference as green as possible and finding venues that share our values is important to us. The David L. Lawrence Convention Center was awarded by the US Green Building Council with a Gold (new construction) and Platinum (existing building-EBOM) levels, LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Certification. The convention center practices energy, lighting and water efficiencies, indoor air quality monitoring, varies recycling programs, water reclamation, and green product use.
Universally recognized for its sustainable practices, the David L. Lawrence Convention Center also features a riverfront plaza, a green rooftop space for special events and a rooftop garden that produces native plants, homegrown vegetables and dozens of organic herbs. That means that what is served fresh always exceeds expectations, from creativity to delivery.
Plus, with our new app the NCEO has been able to reduce paper printing by 60%. Additionally, we offer hydration stations where attendees can refill their water bottles staying hydrated and reducing plastic bottles.
