The NCEO is excited to announce that Graeme Nuttall, a pioneer of employee ownership in the United Kingdom and beyond, is joining the organization as an NCEO Fellow.
Graeme has a storied career in the field, not only as an innovator of the employee ownership trust (EOT) form in the UK, but in seeing that form exported to the US and beyond. Since 2016, Graeme has been a frequent speaker at NCEO events, a collaborator on resources and outreach, and a general source of guidance on wisdom as the nascent EOT form continues to grow stateside. Just recently, he authored the UK-focused chapter in our Expanding Employee Ownership booklet published earlier this month.
In his newly appointed NCEO Fellow role, Graeme will continue the above collaborations on a more consistent and formal basis. This will include authoring publications, contributing to the design of and taking part in NCEO events, and continuing to provide his experience and expertise to our community via other channels. We will partner with the United Kingdom's Employee Ownership Association (EOA) and others in supporting Graeme's international employee ownership policy making as an official EOA International Ambassador. We're thrilled to be working more with Graeme and excited for what's to come!
