New Software for Sharing Ideas

If it difficult for employees to meet to share ideas regularly, software can help. An article in the February issue of Inc. magazine describes how programs from Imginatik, Spigit, and Brightidea allow employees to post ideas and have others comment on them and post rankings of how good the ideas are.
