Q: How do I log in?
A: Your username is now your email address. You don’t need to remember your NCEO member number for any reason now. Log in by clicking “Login” at the upper right of the screen. You can change your password by clicking the Request New Password button on the login page.
Q: How do I know which email address I used? What if I want to change my email address?
A: If you are having difficulty with the email address attached to your account, or if you'd like to change the email address that is attached to your account, please call us at 510-208-1300.
Q: I forgot my password. How do I request a new one?
A: Click "Request New Password" on the login screen.
Q: How do I join or renew as a member?
A: Use the yellow button at the top right hand corner of the screen, which says “Join” or “Renew” depending on whether you are logged in as a member.
Q: How do I pay an invoice via ACH?
Q: Where is the members’ area / where are my member resources?
A: There’s no longer a separate “members’ area” section, but the things that lived there can now be found on the Member Resources page. Pages that are members-only are now behind a paywall--a user must be a logged in member to view them.
Q: How do I access my digital publication download(s)?
A: After you purchase a digital book, you can download it immediately from the confirmation page, and you also can download it anytime by going to My Account and clicking the Files tab.
Q: How do I access webinar replays?
A: As a logged-in member, a user can watch a webinar replay by going to Events and clicking Webinar Replays. Click the title of the desired webinar, and the replay video will be available towards the bottom of the page.
