Mary Josephs
Mary is founder & CEO of Verit Advisors, a specialized middle-market investment banking firm. Mary is a nationally recognized leader with more than 28 years of experience with ESOPs as a specialized solution-oriented succession and liquidity transaction for middle-market companies. She has advised, structured, and closed more than 300 financings and advisory projects. Mary was selected as one of the Most Influential Women in Mid-Market M&A.
David Solomon
David is the chair of Levenfeld Pearlstein's corporate and securities group. David also serves as head of the firm's ESOP practice, which serves clients who are involved in various types of transactions involving ESOPs. In addition to working on ESOP transactions and advising ESOP companies, David serves on the board of directors of the NCEO and formerly served as the executive vice president of the Illinois chapter of the ESOP Association.
Loren Rodgers
Loren joined the NCEO in 2005 and became its executive director in 2010. He writes extensively on employee ownership and has spoken at events around the world. Since entering the field in 1995 as a consultant, he has worked with hundreds of companies. His expertise includes ESOPs, equity compensation, best practices for employee ownership companies, research, effective communications, employee motivation, corporate governance, ESOP transactions and operations, and business literacy.
