Debbie is a vice president at BTC ESOP Services. She has been in the retirement plan arena for more than 25 years and joined Bankers Trust in 2002. She is currently the relationship manager for a wide range of ESOP companies across the United States and manages our Non-Qualified area. Debbie attended Simpson College in Indianola, IA, is a member of the ESOP Association,and the IA/NE Chapter of the EOSP Assoc., as well as the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO). She is a frequent speaker at local and regional ESOP events and has written articles on ESOP topics.
