We are currently hiring for a Conference Coordinator position who will provide support for our Annual Employee Ownership Conference held each Spring.
The Conference coordinator uses best practices in event planning to support the relationship-building and fundraising goals of the Events Department.

Our ideal candidate should have some experience with:

  • Pre-event planning, event logistics and event execution.
  • Marketing and publicizing events, including creating and managing email campaigns, assisting with the management of social media platforms, and the development and execution of direct marketing campaigns.
  • Sourcing appropriate vendors for SWAG, music talent, etc.
  • Managing attendee relations, including troubleshooting registrations, payment issues, and answering any questions.
  • Coordinating sponsors and speaker logistics, including outreach and communications assistance, and maintaining speaker/sponsor website.

Not required but a plus: Graphic design and PR experience!

Compensation and Benefits

  • $21.00-$24.00 per hour commensurate with experience.
  • Position includes variable pay, paid out in the form of a bonus twice a year. Variable pay can vary depending on the year.
  • Position includes health benefits, an employer 401k contribution, and professional development.
  • Remote work for much of 2020.
