A Network For The Next Generation of EO Enthusiasts

The Rising Leaders Peer Network is designed for up-and-coming leaders at all levels from employee-owned companies and professional advisors in the community. This group offers a space to build essential leadership, communication, and workplace skills through engaging presentations, practical tools, and peer discussion. Members gain access to curated resources like worksheets, checklists, and leadership content, all while growing their confidence and network. Join us to invest in your growth, strengthen your leadership presence, and help shape the future of employee ownership.

Structure of the Peer Network

The Rising Leaders Peer Network is a monthly series of one-hour online gatherings designed for connecting and learning. During our meetings we will discuss an array of topics, learn from experts and peers, and use breakout discussions to dive into the most pressing issues. 

These sessions will focus on a variety of essential leadership, communication, and workplace skills, including:

  • Professional Development: Time Management, Personal Brand, Critical Thinking, Business Literacy
  • Leadership Skills: Leading without Authority, Coaching Skills, Decision-Making
  • Communication: Navigating Conflict, Giving/Receiving Feedback
  • Operational Skills: Running Effective Meetings, Goal-Setting, Delegation
  • Employee Ownership Awareness: Understanding ESOP Nuts & Bolts, Ownership Culture, EO Committees

The NCEO may share some output of this group with other NCEO members.

Intended Audience

This peer network is designed for emerging leaders across all levels of employee-owned companies and our professional advisor members. This includes:

  • New or aspiring supervisors and managers
  • Project leads, team leads, and employee-owner advocates and champions
  • Service providers cultivating next-gen leadership within their organizations

Participation is open to anyone with leadership potential: no executive  title  required.

Virtual meetings are held monthly, on the first Wednesday of each month from 11:00am-12:00pm PT 
/ 12:00-1pm MT / 1:00-2:00 CT / 2:00-3:00 ET.
