Service Providers Peer Network

The Service Providers Peer Network is a forum exclusively for NCEO member professionals serving employee-owned companies across disciplines from legal, valuation, and trustee services to administration, governance, lending, and culture consulting. This network offers a unique space for collaboration, knowledge exchange, and the development of best practices that benefit the broader employee ownership community.

Each session features an educational presentation followed by peer discussion, with topic leadership and insight drawn from a cross-functional steering committee. By connecting experts across sectors, this group strengthens the impact, consistency, and visibility of service providers in the EO ecosystem while reinforcing their value to company clients and the NCEO community.

This peer network is for professionals providing services and support to employee-owned companies, including but not limited to:

• ESOP trustees (internal and external)

Participation is open to service providers across disciplines who are NCEO members and engaged in supporting or advising employee ownership clients.
