Alexander Grasser has been working with ESOP companies for 14 years and joined Prairie in 2025. He advises middle-market companies on employee stock ownership plans (“ESOPs”), specializing in ESOP Sustainability analysis and plan design. Alex is responsible for providing project management services and general ESOP consulting engagements, including ESOP sustainability, executive compensation and transaction plan design.

Christopher Silvetti joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2018 and currently serves as a trusted advisor to middle-market companies. His primary focus is within Prairie’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (“ESOP”) Advisory Service team. As a senior member of the ESOP Advisory practice, Christopher provides project management and strategic guidance across a variety of engagement types, including fairness opinions, annual ESOP valuations, ESOP sustainability analyses, and other ESOP consulting services.
