New Manager Workshop: June 16–17, 2026
Empowering New ESOP Managers to Lead with Confidence
Join us June 16–17, 2026, at the Sheraton Denver Downtown for a transformative 1.5-day workshop designed to equip new ESOP managers with the essential knowledge and leadership skills needed to excel in employee-owned companies.
What to Expect:
This hands-on program goes beyond traditional training. Through interactive small group discussions, role-playing exercises, and real-world scenarios, you'll explore critical topics including ESOP fundamentals, the manager's pivotal role in ownership culture, and proven strategies for communicating benefits to your teams.

Who Should Attend:
This program is ideal for managers who must connect daily operational leadership with ESOP value creation, support employee engagement, and model ownership behaviors.
- Newly promoted managers or supervisors in ESOP companies
- First-time people managers responsible for translating ownership concepts to frontline teams
- Managers with 1–5 years of leadership experience who need a stronger foundation in ESOP structure, culture, and financial basics
- High-potential employees preparing for future managerial roles
While welcome to attend, the content will not be aimed towards:
- CEOs
- Executive leadership
- Board members
- Senior leaders
Space is limited. Register today to transform your approach to ESOP management and join a community of leaders committed to ownership excellence!
This event is eligible for 7.75 hours of SHRM and 3.75 hours of CPE credit.
"I wanted to try it out to see if it would be something good for my team to attend. I believe it is and will certainly send others if offered again."
