The EO Healthcare Peer Network brings together CEOs, CFOs, and other senior leaders from across all types of employee-owned structures to share insights, discuss operational and workforce challenges, and strengthen both organizational performance and ownership culture.
This group is all about collaboration and practical problem-solving whether you’re exploring workforce challenges unique to healthcare, improving communication across teams, navigating regulatory complexity, or strengthening ownership culture within a high-demand environment. With regular online and in-person meetings, you’ll gain fresh perspectives, learn from fellow EO healthcare organizations, and expand your network while enhancing your professional and organizational impact.
Structure of the Peer Network
The EO Healthcare Peer Network meets for 90 minute online meetings designed for connection, learning, and shared problem-solving. Each session includes timely discussions, peer learning, and may include breakout groups that dig into real-world challenges facing employee-owned health care organizations.
These sessions will cover a wide range of health care–specific topics, including:
- Navigating regulatory and compliance demands
- Workforce recruitment & retention
- ESOP & ownership culture training for health care teams
- Integrating new technologies
- Best practices for inclusive management (remote care teams, multi-locations, language access, and diverse clinical roles)
Intended Audience
This peer network is designed for executive and senior leaders within employee-owned healthcare, human services, and related fields. It’s ideal for Executive Leaders and HR executives who want to collaborate with peers, explore practical solutions, and elevate the impact of employee ownership in complex care environments. Each participating company may include one additional leader to broaden perspectives and enhance organizational learning.

Virtual meetings are held three times a year on the third Thursday from 11:00am-12:30pm PT / 12:00-1:30pm MT / 1:00-2:30 CT / 2:00-3:30 ET.-

The EO Healthcare Peer Network is free for all current NCEO company members. There are no additional fees.
