Mr. Joseph Labetti

Joseph Labetti joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2022. He is part of the ESOP advisory team focusing on valuation, feasibility and transaction structuring. In addition, Joseph is involved in executing sell-side ESOP engagements and capital structuring projects by preparing correspondence, narrative reports, marketing information and presentations for clients nationwide. His other responsibilities include seamless communication with clients, trustees and other service providers.

Nick rejoined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2020. He advises middle-market companies on employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), corporate valuation, financial opinions, and other investment banking advisory services.
