2020 in Hindsight and the Next 40 Years of the NCEO
This video is my look back at 2020. I hope you’ll take a few minutes to join me for a short trip into the recent past, because this video is my way of saying thank you.

As always, our goal is to make employee ownership thrive: we’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in the last 40 years, and we’re excited about our upcoming projects for the next 40 years.
The NCEO only exists because of you, our members. Whether you engage with us rarely or weekly, you are the creative force that makes employee ownership real. Employee ownership doesn’t create successful companies and financially secure employees by magic – it’s your hard work and constant innovations that create the success that’s then reflected in the statistics. You make employee ownership a thrilling field to be in. Thank you.
