As the event director for this year's Annual Employee Ownership Conference, I've finally caught my breath after what can only be described as our most successful gathering yet. Our 43rd Annual Conference brought us to Salt Lake City for the first time, where we welcomed a record-breaking 2,173 attendees!

It's official: as of last night, our 2024 Annual Employee Ownership Conference, taking place from April 29 to May 1, has officially sold out! We are overwhelmed by the enthusiasm and reception from our community. This event has grown nearly every year and continues to exceed its already high expectations in quality, but nothing could have prepared us for the event to sell out a full month and a half before we descend on the Tampa Convention Center.

We are excited to present our highly anticipated 1.5-day seminar Is an ESOP Right for You? in New Orleans from October 24–25, 2023. As the ESOP landscape grows, this event aims to equip entrepreneurs, business owners, and HR professionals with in-depth knowledge on ESOP transaction structures, plan design, financing, and more.

One month ago, 1,650 employee-owners and 50 considering employee ownership for their business all descended on Kansas City, Missouri, for the 41st NCEO Annual Conference. We welcomed 880+ first-time attendees to the event. We also saw 130 members join us online.

Together with our members, we made some phenomenal strides in 2020. In 2021, we aim to be intentional in the development of how we serve and connect with our members.
