January is here! After a year where professional development was not an option but a necessity, we find ourselves in a unique scenario where we can continue leveraging existing technologies to deliver the education and content you need. Together with our members, we made some phenomenal strides in 2020. In 2021, we aim to be intentional in the development of how we serve and connect with our members. 

To kick off an entire year of celebration, the NCEO Annual Conference will take a look back at some of the most insightful, educational, and entertaining moments from our 2020 conference. We have an entire week of YouTube conference sessions on deck for you, our community. Each day this week at 8 am PST you can look forward to tuning into a newly released, free to the public look-back on our YouTube page. We encourage you to take the time to review some of the valuable lessons from these sessions or experience them for the first time. 

Each day we will also reveal one of our education tracks to look forward to at our 2021 Virtual Employee Ownership Conference. We hope the sessions help ensure that employee ownership thrives in your businesses and local communities.

About the NCEO's 40th Birthday

To celebrate turning 40, we will release new content, materials, sessions, videos, and more throughout 2021. While much of what we release will be free to the public, we'll include member exclusives throughout. Make sure to check both the NCEO blog as well as our homepage for more information as it is released.
