We will show you exactly how to build a 12-month action plan using sustainable communication and ongoing education strategies —without draining your resources. Along with great ideas and best practices from EO companies, we'll share templates for 12-month engagement planning calendars, approaches to sustainable feedback systems, and explore how to embed ownership culture into existing organizational rhythms. This session is open to all, NCEO membership is not required to attend. 
 
Learning Objectives
By the end of this session, attendees will be able to:
  • Design a comprehensive 12-month ESOP communication and education calendar integrated with existing organizational activities
  • Create sustainable plans for ongoing ownership culture development that require minimal additional resources
  • Develop measurement strategies and feedback systems to track engagement and continuously improve programs

NCEO members are the heart of the employee ownership community. As Membership Director, Ramona supports the success of thousands of employee-owned companies and employee ownership experts. Ramona leads member communication, account management, and new member initiatives. She creates content and curates educational resources for members.  Ramona earned a BA in Sociology and a BA in Theatre from the University of California, San Diego.

Kimberly brings a wealth of diverse experience to her role as peer network manager at the NCEO. With a career that spans non-profit organizations, manufacturing, distribution, sales, retail, and business management, she has developed a versatile skill set that allows her to navigate complex networks and build meaningful connections.

Having spent over a decade working in employee-owned organizations, Kimberly is passionate about fostering collaboration, building relationships, and adding value to the employee-owned community. She is excited to leverage her unique experiences to support the NCEO’s mission and strengthen its peer network for all employee-owned companies and their partners.
