CEO Cohort for Founders (New!)
This exclusive, intimate cohort is designed for founders whose companies recently became employee-owned or soon will be and who want to set a strong foundation for long-term success. There are unique challenges for the founder/owner who seeks to successfully transition to being an employee-owner while empowering those around them to also step into an ownership mindset. In small, confidential groups, CEOs engage in structured conversations on leadership, governance, strategy, and culture, with a focus on turning new ESOPs into thriving ownership cultures.
