Service Providers Peer Network (New!)

The Service Providers Peer Network is a forum exclusively for NCEO member professionals serving employee-owned companies, with specialties ranging from legal, valuation, and trustee services to administration, governance, lending, and culture consulting. CEO Cohort for Founders (New!)

This exclusive, intimate cohort is designed for founders whose companies recently became employee-owned or soon will be and who want to set a strong foundation for long-term success. There are unique challenges for the founder/owner who seeks to successfully transition to being an employee-owner while empowering those around them to also step into an ownership mindset. In small, confidential groups, CEOs engage in structured conversations on leadership, governance, strategy, and culture, with a focus on turning new ESOPs into thriving ownership cultures. Bimonthly meetings create space for trusted relationships, candid peer advice, and actionable insights you can apply immediately.
