The NCEO is delighted to welcome new members of its staff!

Many readers have already interacted with customer service associate Evelyn Castro, who joined the NCEO as a permanent member of staff after serving in a variety of short-term roles. Although the NCEO is fully remote and national, Evelyn is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area, where the NCEO was located until November 2021.

Grace Dawson joined the NCEO in January as the membership associate, and she is already working full speed with member communications and processing. We're excited to have Grace on board to keep the membership experience ever-improving. She lives in Massachusetts and joins the growing contingent of pet-oriented NCEO staff.

Gillian Woodward is an events specialist who is joining the NCEO as a temporary member of staff as we ramp up to the annual conference. She lives in the greater Washington, DC, area and has worked on events with prominent national nonprofits.

And on February 14—Valentine's Day, by a fortunate coincidence—Danielle Clark-Newell joined the NCEO as an events assistant. With her extensive background in events, both virtual and in-person, she will be supporting several of our meeting series from her home base in New Jersey.
