Allison is a Partner at McDermott Will & Schulte in Dallas, where she focuses her practice on employee benefits matters with extensive experience in ERISA and Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs). She has been involved in hundreds of ESOP transactions, including leveraged buyouts, mergers, acquisitions, and the structuring and financing of ESOPs using private equity. Allison advises ESOP-owned companies on ongoing legal matters, represents independent fiduciaries in ESOP transactions, and counsels employers on qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, executive compensation, and benefit plan compliance.
