Janus Henderson Announces $6.5 Million Settlement of ESOP Lawsuit

Asset manager Janus Henderson (“Janus”) has agreed to pay $6.5 million to settle a class action lawsuit accusing the firm of including in the Janus 401(k) and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (“Plan”) poor performing and expensive proprietary Janus mutual funds.
