Add or update your Service Provider Directory listing

The NCEO's Service Provider Directory is a searchable, mappable database on our website that allows our thousands of visitors to locate service providers in employee stock plans and workplace culture. If you have not already done so, you may wish to visit the Service Provider Directory before completing the form on this page.

To send us your listing, fill out the form below and click "Submit" at the bottom. We will briefly review your entry before making your record active in the database. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate listings. If you have questions or a problem, send an email message to customerservice@nceo.org.

If you're submitting a new listing, please fill out all of the fields below.

If you're requesting edits to your existing listing, you can leave blank any of the below fields that don't need to change. 

If you're requesting to be de-listed, you can skip the below fields and press Submit to finish. 

Check off the service(s) your office directly performs. We want to avoid listings including every possible area where someone might provide services. Please focus only on primary areas of work, and please check only the categories in which you (not just your firm) can provide direct, personal expertise; do not check categories if you would have someone else perform the service. For example, do not check "law firm" unless you are an attorney at a law firm.
