The purpose of this form is for the NCEO to gather information about potential board members that are often in the search criteria for companies that are seeking board candidates. Our goal for this project is to help companies strengthen their boards by finding new directors who will help them meet their goals, from new areas of expertise, an increased diversity of perspectives, or experience with specific issues the company seeks to address.
The NCEO is making this information available as a service, not a certification, and we reserve the right not to list anyone at our discretion. We inform all companies using the directory that they must do their own due diligence in evaluating potential new directors.
