The election for the NCEO’s board of directors opens today. Members in good standing of the NCEO will receive an email late tonight with a link to a confidential electronic ballot. Directors will be selected through this election and by appointment by the existing board. New directors will serve a three-year term from April 1, 2021, through March 31, 2024. Balloting will end on January 22. 

Members of the NCEO's board of directors serve on a volunteer basis and actively contribute to the NCEO's projects and activities in support of our mission to make employee ownership thrive.

This year’s slate includes three candidates for two positions. In alphabetical order, they are

• Richard M. Van Doel, Performance Validation, Inc
• Amanda Wolkowitz, Alpine Testing Solutions, Inc.
• Mike Mallaro, VGM Group

The terms of four members of the board will end this year. The NCEO is ever-grateful for the wisdom and contributions of Suzanne McDowell, David Solomon, Brian Sweeney, and Cecil Ursprung.
