Employee ownership trusts (EOTs) are the newest form of employee ownership in the United States, and the NCEO aims to be their nonprofit home!
Although we offer many online resources for EOTs, there is no substitute for talking with your peers at other EOT companies. The well-documented ownership advantage is in part the result of companies sharing ideas freely and learning from each other.
Please join the NCEO for a series of peer gatherings for companies with EOTs. Some meetings are open to anyone with an interest in EOTs, and some are exclusively for people at companies with EOTs or who are considering one. Each one hour, online meeting is a chance for EOTs to support each other and learn some hard-won lessons from different parts of the employee ownership community.
