A recognized leader in the employee ownership field, Linshuang serves on the board of the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) and is a Core Faculty member for the ESOP CEO Leadership Program at the University of Pennsylvania Center for Social Impact Strategy. Through her consulting, teaching, and speaking, she helps employee-owned organizations strengthen ownership culture, develop future leaders, and align people strategies with long-term business success.
