This session reviews the process of creating and updating the amortization schedule for an ESOP internal loan. Our presenters will discuss a variety of challenges service providers face, including the timing of payments, the effect of working capital adjustments, and how prepayments influence the amortization schedule. Lori is a senior manager in the benefit plan services group of Blue Ridge ESOP Associates. Lori has worked for over 22 years and specializes in working with ESOPs. She consults with clients on plan design, compliance, and administration, and works with both new ESOPs and mature ESOPs. She is a member of the ESOP Association's Advisory Committee on Administration and the National Center for Employee Ownership.
