At Spinnaker Trust, her experience with both the successes and pitfalls of employee-owned companies, and her love of accounting, position her to guide our ESOP clients and their employee-owners to succeed.

Drew Larson is attorney serving as corporate counsel primarily in the manufacturing/distribution, healthcare, and technology industries. He has significant experience working with a number of ESOP-owned clients across the Midwest and has negotiated many transactions over the last 17 years.
He previously owned a small manufacturing business with his father and is passionate about the ability of employee ownership to strengthen communities and expand economic opportunity for employees.
He currently serves on the boards of a number of trade associations, a non-profit multi-state healthcare provider, and a 100% ESOP owned construction company. He is also an active participant in the ESOP community, regularly speaking at local, regional, and national ESOP conferences.
