Kevin T. Rusch

Kevin, CPA, QPA, is a director at Blue Ridge ESOP Associates and has more than 23 years of experience providing administration and consulting advice to ESOP clients. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) as well as a qualified pension administrator (QPA). He works closely with plan sponsors, accountants, advisors, and legal counsel to provide guidance on ESOP plan design, repurchase obligation analysis, compliance, and operation.

Alex Grasser

Alexander Grasser has been working with ESOP companies for 14 years and joined Prairie in 2025. He advises middle-market companies on employee stock ownership plans (“ESOPs”), specializing in ESOP Sustainability analysis and plan design. Alex is responsible for providing project management services and general ESOP consulting engagements, including ESOP sustainability, executive compensation and transaction plan design.
