Barbara Clough is a Vice President at Blue Ridge Associates. Barbara has a deep understanding of the complexities involved in ESOP administration, her technical expertise includes navigating tricky administration and compliance issues. As an ERISA expert, she ensures adherence to Code Section compliance and provides strategic guidance to clients on plan design, legal matters, and IRS & DOL inquiries.

Accolades include: past Chairwoman of the Administration Advisory Committee, frequent speaker, author, Executive Committee member of the ESOP Association’s Public Policy Council and Vice President of Advocacy for the ESOP Association’s New England Chapter.

Alexis Odden is an audit Partner for Eide Bailly based out of the Fargo, ND office and has been working on employee benefit plan audits since the start of her career with Eide in 2009 and has been specializing on ESOP plan audits since 2012. She graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a bachelor’s in finance and accounting and holds her CPA license. She is a member of NCEO and currently sits on the MN/Dakota’s Program committee. Outside of work, she is married and has 2 boys, a new puppy and cat. She is passionate about animals and giving back to the community and has sat on multiple nonprofits around the community and volunteers to coach her sons in both baseball and basketball. She was named Top 25 Women in Business in 2018 for North Dakota.
