EOT Peer Network
Building the Field, Together
Join the Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) Community
The Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) model, part of the broader Perpetual Purpose Trust (PPT) community, is a dynamic and growing part of the employee ownership ecosystem. As this field evolves, there's no substitute for direct connection—sharing honest insights, having open discussions, and learning from peers who are on a similar journey.
Structure of the Peer Network
The EOT Peer Network is a series of one-hour online gatherings designed for connecting. These sessions provide a space for peer-to-peer learning and connection where we discuss an array of topics, learn from experts and peers, and use breakout discussions to dive into the most pressing issues. Meeting dates and times are listed below.
We are building a thriving ecosystem where everyone can find the right conversation at the right time. That's why every other meeting is open to service providers, while all meetings are open to companies with or considering an EOT or PPT. This cadence allows us to provide a confidential and safe space for companies to share their experiences, while still ensuring the full ecosystem can connect and collaborate.
