History of ESOPs
September 2024 marked the 50th anniversary of ERISA. Without ERISA, ESOPs as we know them wouldn’t be possible. To usher in this historic marker, this Download shares the story of ESOPs and how they came to be. Without the vision and support for ESOPs, employee ownership wouldn’t be what it is today.
