Unlike traditional seminars, this interactive, two-day event will dive deep into key ESOP financial topics, including decoding repurchase rules and policy, building your repurchase forecast, funding repurchase obligation, assessing the impacts of share value, and releveraging and building a sustainable ESOP. Through small group discussions, role-playing exercises, and dedicated networking opportunities, attendees will gain practical insights and real-world experience, leaving them with a renewed sense of confidence in repurchase obligation.
