Nancy Wiefek

Nancy is the research director at the NCEO. As such, Nancy analyzes and reports on trends and developments relating to employee ownership. This work includes conducting executive compensation and other surveys, maintaining a comprehensive database of all ESOPs and their characteristics, and contributing analysis for NCEO publications. Most recently, she authored Employee Ownership and Economic Well-Being, demonstrating the positive economic impact of employee ownership on workers over time. Nancy earned a PhD at Penn State University in political science with a focus on survey methods.

Timothy Garbinsky

Timothy Garbinsky is the Communications Director at the NCEO. In his role, Tim works with volunteers, allied organizations, and the press to creatively and effectively disseminate information about employee ownership and advance the NCEO's mission. He earned his BA from Duke University in 2009 and has since worked as a content creator and an educator, skills which he transfers to the NCEO. Originally from Maryland, Tim now lives California's central valley with his wife.

Ramona Rodriguez-Brooks

NCEO members are the heart of the employee ownership community. As Membership Director, Ramona supports the success of thousands of employee-owned companies and employee ownership experts. Ramona leads member communication, account management, and new member initiatives. She creates content and curates educational resources for members.  Ramona earned a BA in Sociology and a BA in Theatre from the University of California, San Diego.
