Leading Through Change: A Strategic Roadmap for CEO Transition

Webinars

In an ESOP, a change in top leadership isn’t just a personnel shift - it’s a pivotal moment that impacts governance, culture, and long-term growth. In this session, Strategic Talent Partners Co-Founder Mike Frommelt will share a clear, practical roadmap to help employee-owned companies plan and prepare for a successful CEO transition. From evaluating internal talent to engaging your board and communicating effectively with employee-owners, this session offers actionable guidance to lead through change with clarity and confidence.

Learning Objectives:

1. Recognize why early planning is critical in employee-owned companies - and how to
approach it with intention.
2. Assess your current leadership team and define the capabilities your next CEO will need
to lead the company forward.
3. Explore key considerations around timing, communication, and board involvement
throughout the transition process.
