As we teased toward the end of the year, we redesigned our webinar program to deliver up-to-the-minute employee ownership information in updated formats. Many of us experienced changes in 2020. For many of us, the lines between work and home blurred, with seemingly more meetings than ever. Many more of us have a renewed sense of how precious our time is. Times have changed, and so have we.

The Employee Ownership Compass is the new name for the NCEO's long-standing weekly webinar series. Ownership Compass goes beyond the traditional webinar format by incorporating conversational, small-group learning experiences and interactive workshops designed to guide your way through complex employee ownership topics.
