All meeting registrations must be prepaid. Registration is exclusive to companies that either have an ESOP or are considering one. Service providers will be canceled and refunded.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your registration at any time and receive a refund, minus an administrative fee of $100.00 per person, until June 1, 2024, at 12 am. After June, if you wish to cancel, you will receive a refund, less an administrative fee of $175.00 per person, until July 15, 2024, at 12 am. After July 15, 2024, no refunds or credits will be given.
