Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be issued, less a $100.00 per person administrative fee, if the request is received by the close of business on January 5, 2024. Any refunds issued more than 120 days after a credit card payment is processed will be made via check. Cancellations made after that date and before our guarantee date of January 19, 2024, will receive a refund minus a $150.00 administrative fee. Those canceling on or after January 19, 2024, will not receive a refund.
Transfer Policy
Can't make it to the event? You may transfer your registration without penalty until January 26, 2024. This allows us to properly print the new attendee credentials in time for the event on February 5, 2024.
